Search our listings of rental homes by date, guest number, or location to find a good fit for your trip. You may also explore the open times for each specific home to see when a property may be available.

Book On Our Website

Use the booking form on the properties page to book your stay. Submit your reservation and your deposit. We guarantee the lowest prices booking directly from our site.

Enjoy Your Stay

As a guest in our homes, you will have a contact from Adventure Homes to answer any questions about your stay. All guests receive a welcome packet describing there rental home and details about their stay.

How Booking and Payments Work

Initial Payment - 35%

At the time of booking, 35% of the total reservation fee will be charged to your payment method.

2nd Payment - 45%

Twenty days prior to check-in, 40% of the total reservation fee will be charged to your payment method.

Final Payment - 20%

Ten days prior to check-in, the final 20% of the total reservation fee will be charged to your payment method.

What About The Damage Deposit?

One day before check-in, the credit card on file will be pre-authorized and held for 7 days.  After 7 days, it will be released back into the account if the house rules are followed. If the damage deposit is needed, Adventure Homes will capture the deposit manually within the 7 days or manually charge the card on file.

What If I Cancel?

Adventure Homes offers free cancellation until 4:00PM 5 days before check-in. Cancellation within 5 days will get a 50% refund, minus the first night and service fee.

Common Questions

We are following all CDC guidelines when cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting our property/properties. We’re keeping our housekeeping staff safe, as well, with gloves and masks, and are instructing them to stay home if they are feeling ill. 

Also, we wanted to ensure that our Hot Tub is cleaned and sanitized more than usual. We have hired a Hot Tub Specialist to ensure that we are keeping us safe and in COVID compliance!

Once you submit your reservation and payment method on our website, your booking information is saved into our system.  You will receive an email reminding you of our payment schedule listed above and all the details you will need to plan your stay.

You will also receive an email that you can contact if you have any questions about your stay.

We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic. We have also had not so great experiences, that have led us to be pet-free.  We do welcome your service dog, if this is part of your life!
